Enjoying the sun on this hazy day.

A lot of people fear the sun because of cancers and other skin diseases. In reality sunlight in moderation is very healthy. It gives you vitamin D and can even help with depression. If I’m feeling down a good sitting on the deck listening to the birds chirp is one of my favorite things. My dog loves to join as well. Slowly ease yourself into sunbathing so that you don’t burn. Get atleast 15 minutes of sunlight a day! 🙂
